Broker Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between brokers and for client referrals to our co-working spaces. By engaging with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Broker Registration & Compliance Brokers must be registered with company to refer clients. All client referrals must be documented and acknowledged by our management.

2. Referral & Commission Policy Brokers are eligible for a brokerage fee only if the referred client completes three (3) full months at our co-working space. If the client vacates the office before completing three months, no brokerage will be paid. Brokerage payments will be processed within the third month of the client’s tenure.

3. Payment Terms Payments will be made via bank transfer or any agreed payment method. The brokerage amount will be as per the mutually agreed commission structure.

4. Client Terms Clients must sign an official agreement with company to be considered valid referrals. Any disputes regarding client tenure or payments will be resolved at the sole discretion of Company.

5. Amendments & Termination We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Brokers found violating company policies may have their agreements terminated.
